5, 4, 3, 2, 1 to Change Your Life

The 5 Second rule to change your life.

Yeap, still listening to Ted talks. I was listening to Mel Robbins. She talks about self doubt, anxiety, worry, and procastination. She says the aforementioned are behaviors that can be changed. In order to change them you have to take action.

Take action like this she says; count 5,4,3,2,1 and by the end of the counting, your brain waves changed from Parietal to the Pre frontal cortex (my interpretation). She added that action moves mountains. I guess, she meant it can move you too.

Ok, Mel, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

Comme Ci, Comme Ça

That’s how I’m doing on goals, comme ci, comme ça. I just cannot get up early on my days off.
