What is the goal? The goal is to reclaim my body and health to pre being run over status. I signed up for a marathon long ago and slowly started to strengthen my body with an every other day exercise regimen and a commitment to run a marathon. I’ve done them before, so no biggie. I went to pick up my packet and I knew in my heart that I could not finished the marathon, so I switched it to the 1/2 marathon. You know what they say, change your approach but never the goal.
